1. Race Kit & Bib Distribution (Sports Events)
For all sports events, marathons, or athletic tournaments organized by Spark Studio Events, physical **Race Kits**—which include your running BIB (timing chip), event T-shirt, and participant rules information—are **not shipped to your home by default**.
• **Pre-Event Expo Collection**: Registered participants must collect their Race Kits in person at the designated pre-event Expo.
• **Expo Schedule**: Location, dates, and times for kit collection will be sent via email/SMS and published on our website 5 to 7 days before the event.
• **Requirements**: To collect your kit, you must present a copy of your booking confirmation (email/SMS/PDF) along with a valid government-issued photo ID.
2. Kit Collection by Representatives
If you are unable to attend the kit collection Expo in person, you can authorize a representative to collect it on your behalf. The representative must present:
• A printed/digital copy of your registration confirmation.
• A signed authorization letter from you.
• A photocopy of your photo ID and their own photo ID.
3. Optional Kit Home Delivery
If an optional "Home Delivery / Courier" service was made available and opted for during the registration process (subject to an additional courier fee):
• Kits will be packed and dispatched via local courier partners.
• Delivery will be made to your registered address 3 to 5 days before the event date.
• Spark Studio Events is not responsible for shipment delays, transit damage, or delivery failures due to incorrect/incomplete address inputs.
4. Event Merchandise Shipping
For custom merchandise (such as custom mugs, medals, separate t-shirts) purchased on our platform outside of standard registration:
• Items are shipped within 3 to 5 business days from order confirmation.
• Standard delivery takes **5 to 7 working days** depending on the shipping address.
• Once shipped, a tracking link will be emailed to you.
5. Medals and Certificates
Finisher medals are delivered physically at the finish line of the event to participants who successfully complete the race. Digital certificates will be available for download on our portal within 24-48 hours after official timing verification.
