1. Sports Event Registrations
All athlete and participant registrations for sports events, marathons, or tournaments organized by Spark Studio Events are strictly **non-refundable** and **non-transferable** after successful payment. This policy is necessary due to advance logistics planning, including kit customization, bib printing, t-shirt sourcing, venue bookings, and administrative costs.
2. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
In the rare event that a sports marathon or tournament is cancelled or postponed by Spark Studio Events due to force majeure (e.g. government guidelines, natural disasters, extreme weather, safety hazards), participants will be offered:
• A free entry transfer to the rescheduled date.
• A refund of the registration fee (minus processing/gateway fees) if they cannot attend the rescheduled date. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the cancellation announcement.
3. Social & Corporate Function Bookings
For custom corporate galas, marriage events, birthday parties, or private social gatherings:
• **Booking Deposit**: A 50% advance deposit of the total estimated cost is required to secure your booking date, venues, and vendor arrangements. This deposit is **non-refundable**.
• **Cancellations 30+ Days Before Event**: Any amount paid beyond the 50% advance deposit will be fully refunded.
• **Cancellations 15-30 Days Before Event**: 25% of any payments beyond the advance deposit will be refunded.
• **Cancellations Less Than 15 Days Before Event**: No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 15 days of the scheduled event date, as logistics, venue, and vendor resources are fully committed.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed automatically back to your original payment method (bank account, UPI, card, or wallet) within **7 to 10 working days**.
